About attorney Catharine Caldwell Fullerton

Shortly after graduating from law school at the University of Miami School of Law, Catharine Fullerton began her legal career working at Carlton Fields, where she worked as an associate in commercial litigation under several renowned lawyers. Catharine was a managing partner of her own boutique litigation firm in Coral Gables, Florida. Later she moved to Colorado and became a member of the Colorado Bar, representing clients who suffered serious personal injuries due to the negligence of others. Catharine is an accomplished attorney whose passion is representing clients who have been injured as a result of careless drivers, businesses and property owners.

Catharine received a bachelor’s degree in French and with a minor in Economics from Washington and Lee University where she graduated magna cum laude. She lived abroad for several years before attending law school.

Catharine was born in Birmingham, AL and currently resides in Jupiter, Florida. She spent over twenty years in Florida before moving to Colorado. She recently returned home and joined the practice of law at Kibbey Wagner.

She handles a variety of personal injury claims including car, pedestrian, bicycle and  trucking accidents, as well as premises liability cases and dog bites. She handles cases with complex injuries, including traumatic brain injuries and catastrophic injuries.
