Our attorneys at Kibbey Wagner Injury & Car Accident Lawyers have 80 years of combined experience and are qualified to help with any case in the personal injury and criminal law fields.
As a result of our expertise, we often have clients referred to us by other lawyers. This often happens when the case is especially complex or requires a lawyer with significant courtroom experience and trial experience.
What Stage of the Case Should You Associate With Us?
It’s best – but not necessary – to refer your case to us as early on as possible. That way, we can get going by conducting an investigation into the case, hiring expert assistance, filing the necessary pleadings in court, undertaking pretrial discovery, and any other required steps. However, we’re able to assist at any point in the process.
We also accept referral cases no matter the extent to which you’d like our assistance. We can help during the settlement process, attend meditation hearings, or at any stage of litigation, including trial.
Fee-Sharing With Referring Lawyers
Our legal team highly values our relationships with other attorneys. We happily fee-share with referring lawyers as per the relevant rules outlined in the Rules of Professional Conduct.
Note that there are special considerations for personal injury cases based on contingency fees. For instance, the primary lawyer must get at least 75% of the fee, and the secondary lawyer no more than 25%. However, it is possible to petition the court to adjust this under certain circumstances.
Why Should You Refer Your Client to Us?
We’re a well-respected law firm that consistently delivers top results to our clients. Since 2014, we’ve already secured over $200 million for accident victims through our personal injury practice. In that time, we’ve been able to help with a wide range of cases in the criminal and personal injury areas of the law.
One of our lead attorneys, Jordan R. Wagner, is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and is also a former insurance defense attorney. When it comes to representing our clients, these qualifications make a significant difference. We have extensive trial experience and are capable of allocating substantial resources to every case we take on.
We also treat our clients as family, offering comprehensive, personalized legal services. We prioritize every case and ensure that each receives the full force of our attention and skills. Our reputation is virtually unmatched in the area; if you refer your clients to us, you can feel confident that they will be in capable hands.
