Getting into an accident is the last thing anybody wants. Your routine is disrupted and you’re constantly on the phone with an adjuster trying to reclaim the benefits you’ve paid into for years. I had the opportunity to meet with Barbara on a high profile felony case. The office was nice, well staffed and during our meeting Barbara was extremely knowledgeable, caring, and already going over possible plans if I were to retain her. Sadly I went a different route to a lesser known attorney closer to Okeechobee where the case was being held. Even though things worked in my favor and I got a full acquittal at trial, that entire experience made me fully aware of how important it is to hire a competent attorney with a very good reputation for being an excellent litigator during trial. Like I fool I gambled with my freedom in order to save a little bit of money. Now that it is behind me I still look back with regret on not hiring this firm. Do not skimp on money and hire a lawyer who reviews your entire case the day of jury selection. Since my trial has ended I've done a lot of research on Barbara and seeing what she would of brought to the table and how their firm handles such cases would have made a nearly 4 year old case full of stress gone a lot more smooth and a lot quicker. If I ever find myself in any sort of legal trouble again, or in need of an injury attorney this law firm will be my very first and only call. Even though I won my case I still deeply regret not going with my gut instinct and hiring an attorney with such an esteemed reputation.
